A voice for Halton SEND families
A Non-Profit organisation run by and for families of children and young people (aged 0-25) who have Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).
We work independently but in partnership with service commissioners and providers, sharing knowledge and experience of families to help plan and develop the quality, range and accessibility of provision, creating better outcomes for families through participation and co-production.

The Max Card is a discount card for families of disabled children that can be used at various leisure and holiday activities across Britain. The scheme is designed to help families save money on great days out at castles, zoos, bowling alleys and more.
HSPCF has registered with this national scheme in the hope that some activities may be more affordable for families. Please see the website for further details:

Does membership cost anything?
The Forum is free to join.
The Forum will reimburse you travel expenses for fuel/train or bus.
