A Non-Profit organisation run by and for families of children and young people (aged 0-25) who have Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).
We work independently but in partnership with service commissioners and providers, sharing knowledge and experience of families to help plan and develop the quality, range and accessibility of provision, creating better outcomes for families through participation and co-production.

🌟What's on September 🌟
Please note HSPCF are supporting schools, parents and carers within set schools during the delivery of the: Partnership for Inclusion of Neurodiversity in schools (PINS) Programme. This will be during September and October during the Autumn term. We will therefore not be having our weekly coffee mornings at the Heath during this time. Please make sure you continue to check Facebook kfor coffee morning dates- I will PIN them to the top of the page.
We have just the one coffee morning this month, this Thursday at the Heath Cafe. We look forward to seeing you there

Join Us for a Neurodevelopmental Pathway (NDP) ‘Meet and Greet’ Session. The Neurodevelopmental Pathway (NDP) team invites you to a personal 30-minute session designed to provide guidance and support for families navigating the Autism and/or ADHD pathways.
During your appointment, you will have the opportunity to:
· Connect with NDP representatives to discuss the Autism and ADHD pathways.
· Gain clarity on what to expect throughout your child’s journey.
· Understand the assessments involved and the professionals who will complete them.
· Ask questions and share any concerns about your child’s experience or the process.
· Meet representatives from ADDvanced Solutions and the Family Hub teams, who can provide guidance and connect you with additional local support services.

The Max Card is a discount card for families of disabled children that can be used at various leisure and holiday activities across Britain. The scheme is designed to help families save money on great days out at castles, zoos, bowling alleys and more.
HSPCF has registered with this national scheme in the hope that some activities may be more affordable for families. Please see the website for further details:
