A collective voice for parents and carers accessing services in Halton for children with a disability or special education need. Supporting contact for parent carers and service providers in Halton.
A Non-Profit organisation run by and for families of children and young people (aged 0-25) who have Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).
We work independently but in partnership with service commissioners and providers, sharing knowledge and experience of families to help plan and develop the quality, range and accessibility of provision, creating better outcomes for families through participation and co-production.

-12th March- Ben Holmes, Focus: White Paper. This is your opportunity and your voice as parent’s/carers to ask questions regarding the discussions around the School Send White Paper.
-19th March Zoom Focus with Michalea Bridge. This months Zoom will have a focus on the newly released White Paper. Please submit your questions/concerns in Advance to the email on the poster and Michalea Bridge from HBC will update on the evening.
-26th March You Said, We Did, Were Doing!
Event at Halton Stadium with a joint Focus from HBC and Cheshire and Merseyside ICB to.update parent carer's and provide updates around SEND improvements and provisions.

As parents it's your opportunity to hear up to date information and have your voices heard. Parent Carers in Halton Borough have 2 opportunities monthly to discuss SEND information with HBC representatives. The Max Card is a discount card for families of disabled children that can be used at various leisure and holiday activities across Britain. The scheme is designed to help families save money on great days out at castles, zoos, bowling alleys and more.
HSPCF has registered with this national scheme in the hope that some activities may be more affordable for families. Please see the website for further details:
